  • Overview

    The Total Rewards Coordinator will support operations within the Total Rewards team - including Benefits, HRIS and Compensation functions. This team member will interact with all levels in the company and some external vendors.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Reporting and administration in various process for the department like Incentives, Benefits Billing, Open Enrollment, and Educational Assistance.
    • Supports the Associate Services/Benefits Coordinators with daily processes and work like PeopleSoft entry, E-Verify and Work Authorizations; act as a backup when necessary.
    • Also responsible for all Compensation and Benefit survey submissions.
    • Assists with data gathering and maintenance like Testing and basic ad-hoc queries

    Education & Experience

    • 4 year degree preferred
    • Experience in office environment
    • Demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
