The Total Rewards Coordinator will support operations within the Total Rewards team - including Benefits, HRIS and Compensation functions. This team member will interact with all levels in the company and some external vendors.
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Reporting and administration in various process for the department like Incentives, Benefits Billing, Open Enrollment, and Educational Assistance.
Supports the Associate Services/Benefits Coordinators with daily processes and work like PeopleSoft entry, E-Verify and Work Authorizations; act as a backup when necessary.
Also responsible for all Compensation and Benefit survey submissions.
Assists with data gathering and maintenance like Testing and basic ad-hoc queries
Education & Experience
4 year degree preferred
Experience in office environment
Demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
