Overview

The Compensation & Associate Services Coordinator is the first line of contact for compensation and compliance questions or issues. This position is responsible for the Compensation Inbox process, I-9 and E-Verify Compliance, and the TalentWorks/Application support.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Compensation Inbox Processes - Supports all areas of the business by answering compensation and job related questions by email or phone. This process also entails maintaining/entering PeopleSoft records for all associates and overall data integrity for the system.
  • I-9 and E-Verify Compliance - Responsible for maintaining compliance of I-9 and E-Verify process throughout the company. Using data integrity processes this position will help maintain the I9 records and assist managers with completing I-9 and work authorization processes.
  • TalentWorks/Application Support - Responsible for the TalentWork inbox, assists the Field with the TalentWorks questions and issues, and runs data integrity for the security and system in regards to the applications.
  • Miscellaneous Reporting/Projects - Weekly, monthly or quarterly reporting as needed. Special projects as needed by the department.

Education & Experience

  • 4 – year college degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Some knowledge of PeopleSoft or other similar systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
