Due to a recent promotion, we are looking for a Director of Organizational Development to join our HR team! Reporting to the CHRO, the Director of OD will lead a team of Business Partners for the Home Office and will guide how HR supports our people around leadership and development and be responsible for the full talent lifecycle management.
7 – 10 years of varied and increasing responsibility related to talent management, organizational development, organizational effectiveness and leadership coaching.
Substantial business acumen, with a keen understanding of how business and talent strategy aligns.
Proven track record leading a team of internal business partners.
Expertise on competency modeling and goal setting that enables organizational success.
Ability to model and teach effective coaching and feedback behaviors to leaders.
Build relationships with employees at all levels; assure that new recruits integrate effectively into the organization.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e., Business, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, etc.)
