  • Overview

    The Employee Relations Coordinator plans, schedules and tracks the completion of all state-mandated training to ensure the Company is compliant with regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions. This position supports the Employee Relations team by serving as the first point of contact for HR-related Associate Help Line calls, compiling data, performing analysis and reporting trends back to the organization.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Coordinate training events in multiple states as required by law. Identify participants, send invites, reserve meeting facilities, develop rosters and arrange for additional hours for participant travel and training.
    • Ensure materials are printed, shipped and received on time. In collaboration with HRIS, maintain database of training participants and class attendance.
    • Respond to Associate Help Line calls. Resolve associate issues within defined policies and procedures, escalate issues to Associate HR Managers and Employee Relations manager as appropriate.
    • Create or modify methods, better way to id, track regulatory training.
    • Create or modify process for exit interview survey delivery, including best practice for sharing results with Home Office and field leaders.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1 – 3 years experience required
    • Requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
