  • Overview

    Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support to the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Talent Acquisition Managers by assisting with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, providing reporting on recruitment metrics and inputting new hires into PeopleSoft.  In addition, this person will be responsible for the execution of social media communication programs.  Other duties will include general administrative work to support the recruitment process.     

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assists Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Managers with posting positions on the TMS, setting up phone screens and coordinating on-site interviews. Check references, write offer letters, send in payment for Cobra, Relocation, Background Checks, Referral Bonuses, Travel and Expense reports, and Interviewee disbursement checks. Write and send letters to non-selected candidates.
    • Provides all administrative tasks needed for a new hire. This includes gathering the required information, entering new hires into PeopleSoft and alerting all necessary departments of the new hire start date. 
    • Updates HR Tracker for new/open positions that are open, filled or on hold. Manage social recruiting sites for content and updates. Serve as contact for academic recruiting and job fairs. Provide recruiting support and complete other projects as assigned.
    • Coordinating the execution of all social media updates on Facebook, Twitter, or any other technologies. This will include working with the Director to execute updates for each social media vehicle. 

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • 1 – 3 years experience
    • Microsoft Office Suite required
